I think all of you are forgetting how long it takes to get from the International Airport during rush hour to the Royal Alex Hospital, the Misericordia Hospital or the University Hospital. If you have someone deathly ill that has been flown in by a Medevac Airplane to the International Airport, how do you expect them to get to the University or the Royal Alex Hospital during rush hour? If you send by ground Ambulance they loose valuable time sitting in traffic. So the best choice is to then call for a Medevac Helicopter to now shuttle them to the needed Hospital. There is only one helicopter in the city that is crewed at a given time. Now if they have to do the transfer from the International they are not in service for any Medevac that is best served by a helicopter. ie, multi vehicle crash on a highway with someone on deaths doorstep unless flown by Helicopter. Now, put your loved one in the crash on the highway coming home from the mountains. The Helicopter is on a TRANSFER MISSION from the INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Oops sorry your loved one is now dead because you didn't see fit to keep the City Centre Airport Open.

I wish to show some appreciation to you just for rescuing me from such a incident. Just after exploring through the the web and seeing techniques which are not beneficial, I figured my entire life was done. Living without the presence of strategies to the difficulties you have resolved as a result of your entire article is a critical case, as well as ones which might have negatively affected my entire career if I had not encountered your blog post. That training and kindness in maneuvering all things was precious. I don't know what I would have done if I had not come upon such a step like this. It's possible to now look ahead to my future. Thanks for your time very much for the skilled and result oriented guide. I won't think twice to recommend your web site to any individual who should get assistance on this topic.

Last Election just over 150,000 people voted and that was only 27% voter turnout. Our current mayor won with 95,000 of those votes. If we want to see change we need to hear from more people on Oct 18th!

Do you want a change? Do you want your voice to be heard? What does our wonderful City need?

I believe it need a new voice for the people. A fresh face with new ideas.
